Request for help

I usually don't ask for this kind of thing, but am making an exception today.  A company I own (Vitabase) is running a survey related to buying habits of health supplements.  It takes 2-3 minutes to complete. 

Regardless of whether you take health supplements daily, occasionally, or never, could I ask you to take this survey?  We are looking for people that are not Vitabase customers to participate, which is why I thought of the audience on this blog.

If you complete the survey, you can choose between receiving a $5 gift certificate to Vitabase or being entered into a drawing.

Don't worry.  If you take the survey, you will not get bombarded with emails or pressured to do anything.  We do ask for your email address (you don't have to provide it) only to enter you into the drawing or send you a gift certificate.  You will never receive another email (unless you ask) and your email will never be given to anyone else.
