A few days ago, I came in after mowing the grass and saw this sign:

In case you can't interpret, the top line says "The Masked Magician and his lovely assistants."  The bottom line informs that there will be a "Show tonight!"  Note that the "Turn left" arrow somehow seems a bit off.

My children are passionate fans of magic and never miss any magic show that comes on TV (not that many do).  This summer, they have especially enjoyed Magic's Greatest Secrets Revealed which tells how musicians do tricks.

Recently on a talent show, we saw a magician make a girl sitting in a chair disappear and appear almost immediately 50 feet away.  While Marla and I were scratching our heads, Kelsey informed us that the chair had a hidden headrest to hold up the sheet so the girl could drop into a secret compartment under the chair.  The girl that appeared across the stage was apparently a double.

So, we were treated to a magic show that culminated in Kelsey disappearing from a chair and appearing in a tent (yes, they have pitched tents all over the living room).  Here is a picture of the magicians.
