At the moment, I am holed up in a hotel in Charleston, WV watching snow fall and feeling very thankful for the opportunity that I have to do what I do.

As I often say, I gave up on music in high school and decided to be a software programmer.  But for some reason, God did not give up on my music.  No one has been more surprised than me to see the opportunities start to appear for me to participate in Christian music in the way I am blessed to do.

Many of you are also instrumental (no pun intended) in that as well.  I am thankful for your interaction, emails, comments, purchases, invitations and such that you have showered me with this year.  I could not do it without your support.

Without question, it has been a very busy but productive year.  I never really anticipated at the start of the year than I would end up producing 25 hours of instructional DVDs, 2 CDs and the live concert DVD while doing concerts and running my other other business at the same time.  I still don’t know how it happened, but a large part of the credit goes to my producer Jason Prisk

We skipped the Christmas cards this year for a new idea.  Here is the equivalent of the Howlett Christmas card along with our holiday wishes to you. (If you don’t see the video below, click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRFfpBdLkW4)
